How can you make sure that the mold is gone?

We provide our customers with a MoldCode™ Report. This gives you a high level overview of the mold remediation that was performed.

We will also conduct a visual and microscopic review, once the remediation has been completed to be absolutely certain that the environment has returned to the state is was in
before contamination.

1. We will have a qualified Aerobiologist inspect your Attic
2. Comprehensive inspection of your Attic before the project starts
3. Before and after photographs of your attic
4. When the job is done, an Aerobiologist will inspect and verify that the attic mold is gone – it’s the best way to close off a real-estate transaction leaving all parties happy!

What do we look for?

Where remediation has taken place, the following conditions must be met:

No observable mold growth

When this conditions is met, the remediation is considered to be successful/passed.
