Pass the mixture through a fine sieve and divide it into two portions. Mix some blanched wild garlic into one portion to give it a green tint. Fill the Fatcap Mold with the plain farce and place it in the oven at 100\u00b0C for a few minutes. Then add the green farce on top and return it to the oven for a few more minutes at 100\u00b0C.
